New York City is one of the most complex cities in the nation. It’s the perfect melting pot of cultures, cuisines, people, and activities. Who doesn’t love The Big Apple? There’s truly something for everyone in NYC. From world-famous museums, broadway shows, and one-of-a-kind New Yorker attitudes, we can’t get enough.

When in New York, naturally, you’ll want to spend a good chunk of the day sightseeing. You’ll surely be mesmerized by the stunning city views at Rockefeller Center and Top of the Rock Observation Deck. It’s in this iconic plaza where you can catch a taping of the “Today” show, and spend an afternoon seeing the city from Top of the Rock Observation Deck.

Tip: If you go here during the holidays, it’s jam-packed with lights and festive decorations. It looks like Santa himself was in charge of the decor.

Another can’t miss NYC sight is none other than Central Park. This oasis in the heart of the hustle and bustle of NYC is the escape to nature that you didn’t know you needed. For over 150 years, locals and visitors have flocked to Central Park to bask in the sunshine, have a picnic, or visit the famous Central Park Zoo.

From pastrami on rye to a bagel with a schmear of cream cheese topped with salty, smokey lox, the food in NYC is some of the best in the US. When you’re taking a break from all the sightseeing, be sure to taste some of the must-try goodies, like falafel from Mamoun’s or a burger from Shake Shack.

There really is no place like New York. There’s nowhere else in the world we would rather eat a street vendor hot dog at 3 am after a night out at one of New York’s best night clubs.
