Experience Chicago Like A Local

Ahh, good old Chicago. The Windy City, home of the Twinkie, deep-dish pizza, and where Michal Jordan turned the basketball world upside down. With beautiful architecture, endless eats, and awe-inspiring skyscrapers, Chicago is a culture trip. There are plenty of fun things for locals and visitors to see while they soak up all Chicago has to offer.

The Best Chicago Munchies

There is no food more synonymous with Chicago other than the deep dish pizza, of course. These tall, thick, flakey pies filled with gooey mozzarella and chunky tomato sauce are the epitome of Chicago-style comfort food. Try a slice of the award-winning deep dish pizza at The Art of Pizza. Sink your teeth into the mounds of fresh Wisconsin cheese and robust tomato sauce.

Fun Thing To Do:

Once crowned the tallest building in the world, the Willis Tower stands at a whopping 442 meters. Visitors can get a bird’s eye view of the city on the deck of the famous Loop. See over 50 miles away while you’re at the top. If heights give your stomach butterflies, you may want to skip this one.

Chicago isn’t just home to the first US blood bank (how cool is that!) but also one of the largest natural history museums in the world, the Field Museum. History buffs can enjoy compelling anthropology for the Ancient Egyptians, as well as African and Asian cultures.

Tip: Don’t let the humongous Titanosaur frighten you!
