I have been spending a lot of my time exploring my own city. I figured that making a list of my top 10 would give you inspiration for exploration. It’s no surprise that Chicago is one of the most admirable tourist destinations in the country. There are Chicago museums that rank among the world's finest, most gorgeous, and some of the friendliest natives out there. With so much to see and do, it can be tough for travelers to decide which Chicago attraction is worth experiencing. Here are the top things to do in Chicago:

1.    Art Institute of Chicago

Several of Chicago’s public artworks are by modern metaphorical artists. The Art Institute of Chicago is one of the oldest and largest museums that is recognized for its curatorial efforts and popularity among tourists. Acquaint yourself with iconic paintings such as Edward Hopper’s Nighthawks and Pablo Picasso’s The Old Guitarist.
