Voodoo Doughnut - $
In true Portland fashion, Voodoo Doughnut has been serving their outrageous creations 24 hours a day in Old Town, Portland. The owners are famous for coming up with some pretty wacky flavors like the iconic Bacon Maple Bar, which has since launched thousands of other bacon-themed desserts, and the spicy chilly pepper topped Ring of Fire. Voodoo Doughnut has a pretty impressive resume, they’re featured on The Travel Channel, The Cooking Channel, MTV, Good Morning America, The Today Show, The Tonight Show, and that’s to name a few.
The Original Dinerant - $$
You may have seen Guy Fieri chow down at The Original Dinerant on the TV show ‘Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.’ Resembling a diner you would see in the 1950s and 60s, Original Dinerant maintains that old-school charm while carrying the spirit into the 21st century. Try some fun variations of classics like sliders made with glazed donut buns, or stick to OG dinners like pot roast that your mom used to make.
Nomad.PDX- $$$$
Get a once in a lifetime taste of the Pacific Northwest. Nomad.PDX puts a fresh twist on fine dining. A meal here is more like a dinner party with strangers where you will break bread, share wine, and enjoy a whole new dining experience. With communal tables centered in the heart of the kitchen, the kitchen team, led by Chef Ryan Fox, invites you to take a look around the kitchen. Nomad.PDX is the quintessential combination of hipster, delicious food, and atmosphere that makes Portland, well Portland.
